What We Look For

We’re selective about the companies we work with. Wondering if you’re a good fit? Here’s some of the criteria we consider:

  • Your customers are primarily other businesses (B2B)
  • Strong SaaS metrics (churn, LTV, CAC, etc.)
  • Earnings of $250k or more (before seller’s income)
  • Sizable market with opportunity for growth
  • You have a business model that is independent of third parties (e.g. Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.)
  • US Based companies are preferred, but not required.
  • Successfully operating for 2 years or more

Simple Process

We understand the care and feeding required to make a great product. Taking an idea and seeing it to its successful fruition is a difficult task. This is your “baby”. With that in mind, we come to the table with humility and respect for what you’ve created. We believe in fair play, and operate with candor and transparency.

During the deal process, you will be working primarily with our financial and due diligence partners. These are professional companies who have done this process many times. While they are employed by BDV, they are independent companies with a no-nonsense approach. Expect to be treated with respect and work with experts.
